Rankoq refund policy offers a thirty (30)-Day money-back guarantee for all web hosting services. The money-back guarantee does not apply to services with a monthly term, domain registration fees, setup fees, or fees for additional services.
The refund policy below applies to all hosting services:

- Domain registration and renewals are third-party purchases we make on our customers’ behalf. Once a domain has been registered or renewed, it is non-refundable.
- Premium domains are non-refundable.
- Products auto-renew by default to avoid service disruptions. Please see the article on How to Use the Renewal Center to learn more about disabling auto-renewal.

Please wait for five (5) to seven (7) business days for refunds to reflect in your card balance or card balance. Refunds made by checks (last resort) may take ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days on a case-by-case basis.
